Atx case and mobo question?

if i buy an atx pc case and an atx motherboard, can i be sure that the ports already built on the motherboard (stereo jacks, usb, rj-45, etc.) will align with openings on the back of the pc case?Atx case and mobo question?
Yes the mobo will lineup perfectly fine, so would a micro ATX mobo.Atx case and mobo question?
Every motherboard comes with a plate that matches the ports, Just pop out the one that comes with the case and pop in the one that comes with the motherboard !!
If you are getting them from a reputable source the case should come with a generic i/o shield and the MOBO with one specifically for it. The I/O shield is easy to swap out.
