yes, I know a wholesaler that imports cases directly from the manufacturer by container. It is the only East Coast case distributor.

Synnex, Tech Data, Ingram Micro, Bell and others. Cases are going to be a pain as I've never had luck with any of these guys having stock anywhere except in CA so they charge out the *** for shipping. Make sure you do a call in order if you make min amounts for no fee call in orders.
I have come across one outfit I was able to buy direct from but I don't remember who that was now. We bought 40 ATX cases form them that arrived in a week via freight.
