There are literally hundreds of ATX motherboards out there. You need to figure what type of computer you want ,to serve your needs and budget. Do you want to game or just surf the Internet? Do you want an Intel or Amd type processor and what socket size? Someone can tell you to buy a $300 dollar board, with an excess of RAM and turn out to be a waste of money for you , because you don't game. There are different motherboards to serve different needs. I built one for my wife who only surfs the net , with a $50 dollar board ( brand new) and the thing runs lightning fast! I am also a computer builder.
I would go to NewEgg.com and look for parts. You actually dont have to put ATX products back in it. They have alot of combos(motherboard/processor) on this site and for a good price.
