How do i find out if my case is micro atx or mid atx?

Will this motherboard fit in my conputer: ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe





I have a Micro ATX ASUS NAGAMI2 right now so i dont kno if the deluxe one will work.How do i find out if my case is micro atx or mid atx?
Many case have a mounting tray, take the tray out of your computer, and look for the mounting holes, they should be labeled as to what boards will fit.How do i find out if my case is micro atx or mid atx?
check in description it must say which cases it goes in, or check measurements and compare
