What type of power supply can I use if my case is Micro-ATX?

I already know what wattage I want, I just want to know what kind of Power Supplt that I can use. I also want to know how to figure out what 20+4 or 24 pin means? I don't know which one my motherboard is?What type of power supply can I use if my case is Micro-ATX?
does a standard size psu fit in your case? if so then any will be fine. 20+4 or 24 refers to the main mother board connector. almost all new motherboards require the 24 pin(the new AT spec) most psu's have either a connector to switch from the 24 pin to a 20, or the 24 pin connector will seperate into a 20 pin and 4 pin that you won't needWhat type of power supply can I use if my case is Micro-ATX?
lokk ya man , if you got 24 pin power supply that means you got a MAC G4 or you got regular PC but the motherborad support ASUS power supply

you can replace your power supply from any computer store with another power supply conatains 24 pin or you can got special converter to do that
