Is it possible to fit an ATX power supply on a microATX case?

atx power supplies are cheaper so i was wondering if i could fit a small atx power supply on my microatx case? i measured my current power supply and its bigger than the ATX supply that i want, so, if its small enough like in this case would it fit and work? thanks. Is it possible to fit an ATX power supply on a microATX case?
No you can't. Parts say ATX or MicroATX for a reason. ';ATX'; and ';MicroATX'; is a factory standard used to make shore 3rd party parts will fit any case matching any ATX or MicroATX case. (e.g. ATX parts only designed to go in a ATX case)Is it possible to fit an ATX power supply on a microATX case?
The screws won't match up. And the dimensions will be wrong. microATX PSUs are long and thin. ATX are basically a cube. They won't match up.
