Can An ATX PSU fit in a Gateway Micro BTX case?

I have a gateway computer and the PSU fried, so I need to know if any ATX PSUis fine to replace it.Can An ATX PSU fit in a Gateway Micro BTX case?
The PSU might fit...but that isn't the only problem. BTX motherboards take a different power pin configuration on the motherboard than an ATX PSU. Unless there is some adapter that I'm missing then you will have compatibility problems unfortunately.

Now as for that actual dimensions of the PSU, there is some hope. The difference between an ATX case and a BTX case only really varies by the dimension of the motherboard, making the sides of the case larger than a comparable ATX case (ex. MicroATX and MicroBTX). However, a PSU that is named with the 'Micro' prefix will physically fit into an MicroATX or MicroBTX case. The same goes with standard ATX and BTX PSUs, the PSUs will fit unless the case has some sort of strange proprietary situation with the parts (usually only seen in Dells). Just make sure you have the right power pins for your motherboard and you should be set. Hope this helps!
