I installed a standard PSU earlier this year with no problems so I'm hoping it'll be the same. But I've heard Dell uses proprietary mobos...can't really find a clear answer.Will a standard ATX mobo fit inside of a Dell Optiplex case?
Most of Dells Cases use proprietary front panel connectors. So even if the mobo fits, you won't be able to start the computer. It's better to just go out and get a different case. Trust me I've been down that road.
