and I was wondering if it would fit in a Antec Mini P180 Case:

Type: MicroATX Mini Tower

Motherboard Compatibility: MicroATXCan an Motherboard with a Form Factor ATX fit in a MicroATX case?
no .. an ATX board is about 3 x 3 inches bigger than a microATX board(ATX - 12.x X 12.x vs microATX - 9.x X 9.x)Can an Motherboard with a Form Factor ATX fit in a MicroATX case?
No it has to be a mico board if you are fitting it in that case.

My recommendation to you is to get the same case but with an Intel core 2 Motherboard.

and pair it with this and 2Gb DDR2 pc6400.

It's a relatively powerful and cheap combo and would be hard to beat for price/performance.

so you can have your cake and eat it. LOL
No ATX is the form factor like the dimensions basically so a full size ATX mobo wont fit into micro atx
No.
