Dell 4300 mobo going in 10-Bay BIO II 20+4 Pin ATX Window Case w/450-Watt PS will psu hookup fine?

You really haven't given the correct information

A 200 watt PSU will power a mobo, what you need is to calculate the additional wattage for all the other stuff you want to add.

How many fans? How many optical drives (cd, dvd) in this system? How many hard drives? This case has a window, are you going to install any lights?

Here's a link to an article that covers the basics on PSU calculations.

I finally built my system, I named ';The Beast,'; and it's a pretty intense system. I'm using a 450 watt PSU and it's not even breaking a sweat, so to speak.

My point though, you may be able so save some money, and go with a smaller PSU.

And don't worry the calculating ain't difficult. You aren't using any wierd formulas. Just adding numbers according to a chart and what ';stuff'; is in your system.
