Can I replace a Dell OptiPlex 240x with a another ATX case?

I bought a Dell OptiPlex 240x a couple of weeks ago. Put a dvd burner in it last nite and my god it was hard to get inside the case remove them freaking green strip things with the screws and line them up right. Busted my hands trying to get it into the case and move parts out and around. Could I just buy a case from ATXCASES.com and put the parts from the computer into a ATX case?

Of course you can! But you must make sure the ports at the back and the screw holes fits exactly as when they're in the original Dell OptiPlex casing.
