Will an EVGA Geforce 9800 GTX+ fit into a xion onyx ATX case?

and if it helps any my motherboard is a gigabyte ep45-ud3p. and also are my pci slots supposed to be a little off centerd with the expansion slots, like a little higher. and one more thing. My xion onyx case has bumps in it where the motherboard goes. are these built in risers? Because i added risers to these bumps but now the motherboard doesnt match up with the I/O panel.

Read your case manual and find out whether or not you are supposed to be using standoffs. Most cases do need standoffs, some do not.

And yes, the 9800GTX+ will fit on your motherboard, and should fit in the case if the motherboard is properly mounted.

However, why use an nVidia video card when you have an ATI Crossfire motherboard?

If you use an ATI Video card, you will have the future option of adding a second card to run in Crossfire mode. You cannot run two nVidia video cards in SLI on a Crossfire motherboard.
