Yes. All 3.5'; sata drives were meant to fit into any desktop. 2.5'; drives are for laptops.Would a 3.5'; sata hdd fit in an atx casing?
3.5'; is standard for all cases.
If your comp. is an antique, you can always use a spacer as older comps
had larger bays.
